E40 is a water in oil emulsion based on 40% vegetable oil. It is suitable for various types of large and small breads. The excellent “hanging” properties mean a good adhesion of the E40 to the sides of the baking tins. Universal 100% vegetable release agent for products which are easy to release (High fat content)
