Ingredients
Vegetable fat; sugar; hydrogenated vegetable fat; vegetable oil; water; milk protein; emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids E 471; salt; flavouring.
Processing
- Place Meister Cremin into a machine bowl and whisk for approx. 15 min at high speed. The cream should be stable and reach approximately a triple volume after whipping.
- Meister Cremin may be mixed with a variety of flavours according to your own requirements. It can be added up to 30% of liquids (e.g. water, juice).
Dosage: 60 - 80 %
