Arôme Levain ® Liquid provides a useful antifungal effect and enhanced bacterial security.  Our ready-to-use living active sourdough is obtained through the natural fermentation of grain meal. Its liquid form makes it easy to work in directly during kneading, in a proportion of 5% to 20% of the total flour weight.

Arôme Levain® liquid is a liquid sourdough naturally fermented with typical sourdough/leaven bacteria.
